The Gophers prepare to face their third Big Ten opponent this season when they play the Purdue Boilermakers on Saturday at 7 p.m. in West Lafayette, Indiana. Minnesota beat Purdue University 27-20 last season.  Both teams have momentum heading into this game. The Gophers have two wins against Big Ten opponents in back-to-back weeks — the University of Washington and the University of Michigan. Purdue comes off a 24-17 win against the University of Illinois and is now 1-1 in the Big Ten.  Gopher spotlight: DB Aydan West: West recorded an interception in the University of Michigan game on Oct. 3. The transfer from Michigan State University will look to limit Purdue s quarterback Ryan Browne, who has thrown 1,390 passing yards already this season.  DL TJ Bush Jr.: Bush Jr. comes off a two-sack game against a versatile quarterback in Bryce Underwood. Expect Gophers defensive coordinator Danny Collins to draw up schemes for Bush Jr. to get to the quarterback and make an impact.  WR Noah J
